Lotus Love

There's just over one month to go of Sale-a-Bration.  This beautiful flower is from the Lotus Blossom stamp set.  The three step stamping gives a stunning watercolour effect, don't you think?  The diagonal striped paper is from the Typeset range.

A Layout at Last

Introducing our littlest wee guy, thoroughly enjoying his kai during our 'Mother's Day' lunch last year. LOL.

I  am reaching for the Adventure Bound Stack quite a bit at the moment for scrapbooking and card making.  The circle you see is scrunched up filter paper.  The pack includes some pre cut circles.  Just {love} the sunshine paper from the 'Sweet Dreams' line.

Totally in love with....

....Butterfly Basics!

If I was ever going to design a stamp set it would be something like this.  I just love it to bits.  I whipped up this set of cards in no time at all.  I was inspired by this clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4hdjf8I3wEY

So using the same basic design, I simply changed the butterfly colour and used one of the two sentiments.

I love how the hexagon design of the background stamp is mirrored in the butterfly wings.  Stunning.

And there you have it, a nice little card bundle for a special friend.

Happy Valentines Day!

Yah it's the weekend!  Yesterday when I was hanging out the washing I had a couple of ideas for Valentines day.  Kind of eleventh hour but hey I got there in the end.  Simple little Valentines treats for all my boys.

These little cellophane bags are really cute and such a good price.  They're self adhesive at the top too.

Have an awesome weekend folks.  xoxo

A Happy Thing!

Hello.  Today I bring you this lovely little fellow from one of the Sale-A-Bration sets that you can earn if you spend $110 NZD.  This can be across clearance items, weekly deals, the Occasions catalogue and also the main catalogue.  I have used a sentiment from the Lotus Blossom set on the tag.  Petite CafĂ© Bags are very handy for gifts.

The resist paper (Irresistibly Yours) can also be earned during Sale-A-Bration.  Here I have inked it with Rich Razzleberry ink.  The metallic thread is from the gold metallic baker's twine.

Shabby chic takeout box

Hi there. It's hot as here in Nelson. Will be dipping my feet in our new paddling pool very soon.

Had fun with this box. A super size for some mini cookies, some soaps or craft supplies.  I have used the heart mask directly on the box. The resist card has been inked with rose coral chalk ink.

Everything you see is Stampin up. Xo
