Shabby chic takeout box

Hi there. It's hot as here in Nelson. Will be dipping my feet in our new paddling pool very soon.

Had fun with this box. A super size for some mini cookies, some soaps or craft supplies.  I have used the heart mask directly on the box. The resist card has been inked with rose coral chalk ink.

Everything you see is Stampin up. Xo

Altered journal

So my computer is still on the blink. 2 weeks now.   I am trialing blogging using my phone. Here is an altered journal cover I made using a variety of products- mostly stampin up.  I simply adore the resist paper in Sale a bration-  Irresistibly yours.

Here's the product list and if you live in nz I can order the stampin' up supplies for you.

Stamps: hey valentine and alphabet rotary. ink:early espresso,  staz on. Blend abilities.  Painted blooms and irresistibly yours paper.  Handpicked framelit dies. Epic day washi.  Hexagon punch. Dazzling details.  Linen thread and bakers twine. Non s u: journal,  vintage book paper, Gelatos.

Painted Blooms and From the Garden

This project uses products from the new Stampin' Up 2015 Occasions Catalogue
Firstly I made an envelope with an 'Envelope Punch Board' out of 'Painted Blooms' Designer Series Paper.  This paper range is simply stunning. See the watercolour effect.  Just beautiful.
Them I made another envelope and embellished it with a 'Handpicked Framelits Die' and 'From the Garden' Stamps.

I used Blendabilities to colour in the flowers.  The three petal layers made it very easy with the dark, medium and light pens.

Open up and there is the sweet cheery sentiment.  Again the stamps are 'From the Garden' and the dies 'Handpicked Framelits'.

I have used half a Velcro dot on each envelope for reusability. The edge of the die cut has been inked with the new Chalk Box Rose Coral ink.

The bows are from the 'Handpicked Framelits Dies' and the sentiment is from the Sale-A-Bration set 'Lotus Blossom'.
